For years Joe has threatened to put palm trees in at our Florida rental property. Well, he finally put his words into action. Here they are. Hopefully they will grow.

Charlotte Weekend Getaway

Karin and I thought we would hook up halfway in Charlotte, NC for a quick weekend "Grammy Fix". Things were going well, but when we got to church on Sunday morning the van decided to start acting up. After church we borrowed a car, had the van towed, and learned later on in the day that it had "died." So, Karin had to rent a car to get home. We didn't let that stop us and we went to the Discovery Place in downtown Charlotte on Monday. It was so much fun!

We sure hate to see you go...you have served us well!
